Fast food = fast good? We can make it happen

Crazy??? Well, I'm not telling that fast food is the "right choice" if you really care about a healthy lifestyle...
But sometimes it happens you cannot prepare your own meals and so... here you can find some tips to choose the right food from a fast food menu.
I'm proposing Mc Donald's items because they're most popular, but you can check nutritions and calories also for other restaurants menu items (below you find some more examples).

BREAKFAST
Egg mc muffin (290 kcal)
or burrito (300 kcal)
or a baked pie (270 kcal)
with coffee Americano (medium: 5 kcal, large: 10 kcal)
or sugar free Vanilla Capuccino with skim milk (small: 30 kcal)
use Splenda sweetener bags
Or:
- apple slices with caramel dip (100 kcal) with medium apple juice (160 kcal) + Americano/Vanilla capuccino with skim milk or
- apple slices with a medium smoothy with yogurt (260 kcal on average, calories depending on flavors)
- fruit and yogurt parfait (200 kcal) with stawberry banana smoothy without yogurt (120 kcal)

LUNCH/DINNER
Bacon chicken snack wrap with grilled chicken (300 kcal) or cheeseburger (300 kcal) + side garden salad (40 kcal) + apple slices with caramel dip (100 kcal)
or Teriyaki salad with grilled chicken (300 kcal) + mcCaffee coffee iced frappe snack size (210 kcal)
choose Cola Diet or Cola Zero or water as drink

You can follow your diet! 300 kcal breakfast / 500 kcal lunch / 500 kcal dinner = 1,300 daily calorie intake.
