Sensa (the sprinkle diet): sensa-tional illusion?

I had a chance to see some commercial on TV while I took a break from work.
And... yes, I saw the new revolutionary discovery... or maybe it's not so "new", because men know how to make up reality in order to make money since stoneage.
Sensa: just sprinke it on your plate choosing a sweet flavor or salt (it depends on the food you're eating) and you can forget diet, calories, exercies... because Sensa is supposed to help you losing weight by making your brain thinking your stomach is full (so called "hunger suppressant").

These are the ingredients:
-Maltodextrin (a type of carbohydrate)
-Tricalcium Phosphate (a form of calcium. Some previous research has observed that calcium may have a weight loss effect, but most of those studies used low fat dairy calcium foods like milk etc. and not a calcium supplement. However, not all research shows calcium promotes weight loss).
-Silica (it is probably used to give Sensa crystals their hardness).
-Natural and Artificial Flavors (tell me what? Sensa is supposed to trick our brain by altering taste/smell, so a trustful, scientifically proved supplement should specify all the "flavors"!). Sensa also contains Soy and Milk ingredients (attention, these are allergens...)
You'll ONLY pay 59 dollars for one month kit and 289 dollars for a six month kit!!!!! To buy that stuff!!
People don't let them cheating on us!!!!
Sensa is said to be clinically proven but there are issues and lack of information on how the Sensa indipendent laboratoty conducted the research.
Does it say something there's a Sensa class action lawsuit (http://www.topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/2458-sensa-weight-loss-class-action-settlement)?
Be aware of illusion makers; truth (no shortcuts in diets) can hurt but at least you
-can be proud of yourself when you're motivated to reach the goal of a healthy style of life
-can save your money and your honor
