Recipe!!!! Low fat whipped cream: LOL

What we couldn't even immagine to eat following a diet... but's TRUE: low fat whipped crem! Grab a piece of paper and a pen. Well, I'm "old fashion": maybe you can simply print this blog :-)

Put the whipped cream on your favourite fruit, on your coffee, on a smoothy... and enjoy!

- Pour 1/3 cup of skim milk into a small stainless steal bowl
- Set it in the freezer and leave it there for about 15-20 minutes, till ice crystals begin to form
-Using a hand-help electric mixer, thicken the mixture by beating in 1/3 cup instant skim dry milk
-Continue to beat on high till you can see soft peaks. If you like, you can add a natural sweetener or a little bit of honey and beat some more minutes until stiff peaks form.

Remember: this cream will begin to separate after about 20 minutes, so prepare it just before you need to serve it.

Calories depend on milk and instant skim milk used. Check the amounts in the box/bag of the products.
